Pulling distinct Value based on Matching Condition
Community ChampionAnonymous - Well, there is LOOKUPVALUE or MAXX(FILTER(...)...). Might have to use DISTINCT but way to vague of a question to answer with any certainty.

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

I want to pick unique user name where date = 'latest'
The table has a username column and date columns which has old and latest values .I want to unique from the columns where date is latest .

amitchandak will this be creating a new table ? I have pasted the sample data on the previous comments and the desired output.

New Table = DISTINCT( SELECTCOLUMNS( FILTER('Table',[Latest_VM]="Latest"), "VM Name",[VM Name] ) )
