Problem: Creating a dynamic measure based on two date columns

Hello,

I'm trying to create a measure, and ultimately use it in a matrix, the pulls contract data if the date selected (date slicer) is before the event date (EVENT DATE MM/DD/YYY). If the date selected occurs after the event date, I need it to pull in actualized date (ACTUAL REVENUE).

This seems relatively straightforward but I've been playing around with it the last few days and can't seem to figure it out.

I've also considered trying to get my desired result by using a series of year to date and full year calculations.

Looking for some input on the best way to tackle this - thanks!
