Prior Fiscal Year

Good morning all.

I have a slicer tied to fiscal year. I need to show this year vs. previous year for a parameter value (that has its own paramater built slicer)

I do not want another slicer where the user has to select the previous year. I would like a synced slicer, using the same 'table' [fiscal year] but is one year less than the main slicer.

Any ideas?
