Hi,
Hoping someone can assist?
I need to create a new column (see below) called 'Supervisor Visit Frequency' Based on the Audit Result Column and the Supervisor Opinion Column. The Supervisit Visit Frequency is the result I require based on the other two columns.

Hi @lennox25
Without knowing what weight each column has when calculating the result, here is what you can do in Power Query Calculated column . Just fill out the rest of the combinations that you have
if [Audit Result] = "Good" and [Supervisor Opinion] = "Excellent" then 12 else
if [Audit Result] = "Good" and [Supervisor Opinion] = "Satisfactory" then 6 else
if [Audit Result] = "Good" and [Supervisor Opinion] = "Poor" then 3 else 0
DAX
if [Audit Result] = "Good" && [Supervisor Opinion] = "Excellent" , 12 ,
if [Audit Result] = "Good" && [Supervisor Opinion] = "Satisfactory" , 6 ,
if [Audit Result] = "Good" && [Supervisor Opinion] = "Poor" , 3 , 0
Thanks
Joe
