Past due and conditional columns to based on multiple criteria

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how I can take a series of columns that have time requirements, three days from when an offer is sent to change the color of the offer accepted column to red if it isn't met and then to turn purple when six days has passed an no date is entered. I've tried numerous IF and ISBLANK options but have not yet figured it out. Example. Offer is sent on 1/1/21, it's now 1/4/21, they want it to highlight the Offer Accepted red as a visual indicator to the supervisor. If no date is entered by 1/7/21, they then want it to change to purple to alert the manager. Is this possible?

Thanks
