Parameters on date colonne

hello all, 
does anyone knows how to implemente parameters so that when using Car it will show month -1
for exemple i have a date colonne call last update
and i want the last update to show 31/08/2021 knowing thta we have september date on the colonne and when we will be in october just showing 30/09/2021. and this by using paraeters.
