Orientation Pull Down Menu from General Under Visualization disappeared?

Why is my Orientation Pull Down Menu from General Under Visualization disappeared? I searched the the problem and got one with the same problem in 2017. But I could not find the answer. Mine is the latest version of Power BI.

@Anonymous , Orientation depends on the type of slicer you have chosen. It works with list, not with drop down,

Thanks. The Slicer is on List. But under General there is no Orientation showing up. See screen shot.
