Hello All
I need guidance on how to find out how often my pbix file has been accessed.
I post it on a company server.
Is there any way to find out how many times this file posted on the server has been viewed?
Thanks

Hi @FelippeAzevedo7 ,
To track how often your PBIX file has been accessed, you can utilize the monitoring features available in Power BI Service. If your report is published to the Power BI Service, usage metrics are automatically tracked. Here's what you can do:
If your PBIX file is hosted on a shared company server outside the Power BI Service, you might need to rely on server logs or file-sharing platform analytics (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive) to gather information about file access.
Let me know where your PBIX file is hosted, and I can guide you more specifically!

Hello
Thank you for the information.
In my case, I'll have to go with the second opinion, because I don't publish through the Power BI Service, but directly on the server. And the server belongs to another team.
I thought there was something that, when placed on the main page, would generate an automatic counter.
I'll check the logs with the server administrator, but I'll keep your comment in mind in case I need to change the way I share my data in the future.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi @FelippeAzevedo7 ,
Did the reply FarhanJeelani offered help you solve the problem, if it helps, you can consider to accept it as a solution so that more user can refer to, or if you have other problems, you can offer some information so that can provide more suggestion for you.
Best regards,
Lucy Chen
