New to DAX & 90th Percentile

Hello, I'm new to DAX and I'm trying to create a visual looking at the 90th percentile.  The Table is named Incident and the Column is named FirstArrivingChuteTime, I've attempted to use the help files, but it says it cannot display the visual matrix.

Any help would be appreciated!

Best,

Todd

Here is what I've written:

90th = PERCENTILE.EXC(Incident[FirstArrivingChuteTime], 0.9)
