New Measure - Dax formulas

Hey Guys, 

I am trying to create a measure that counts and returns all the values that have been in a queue 7+days based on some filters column values. The filter is filtering out values that I do not want it to count and it is based off when queue = "7 to 30 days" and when queue = "Over a Month". The Dax formula I have either returns the wrong values or just comes back as blank. 

Can anybody provide some assistance with this issue? Thanks !

Yeah, we can provide assistance but without any data and even a remote idea about what the model looks like... well... it's kind of hard.
