New Column

Hi Everyone,

 

I have two separate columns for Reported Values, one is numeric and the other is a percentage.  I would like to create a new column that would combine the information while maintainign there format (numeric vs percentage).

 

I have tried creating a conditional column but the percentages appear as numeric.

 

Any ideas?
