New Card Visiual : Not displaying Image

Hello,   am trying to display photo in new card visiual and able to get it. However when user is not available it should show blank image but it is not displaying it and it is taking last image fro...

Hello,

 

I tried below formula but still it is not working.

BinaryImg1 = if([User_Image]=blank(),min('Engineer_Not Found Image'[BinaryImg_notfound]),[User_Image])
 
am trying to get below image if user photo not found
