Hello,
I have this table:
Order | Criteria 1 | Criteria 2 |
1 | 100% | BLANK Value |
2 | 90% | BLANK Value |
3 | 85% | 25% |
4 | 100% | 100% |
Now I want to create a Status column that basically follows the assumptions below:
- Criteria 1 threshold = 100%
- Criteria 2 threshold = 0%
- If one the above assumptions doesn't follow the threshold we should mark the line as Rejected
Example of my goal:
Order | Criteria 1 | Criteria 2 | Status |
1 | 100% | BLANK Value | Accepted |
2 | 90% | BLANK Value | Rejected |
3 | 85% | 25% | Rejected |
4 | 100% | 100% | Rejected |
Can you please help me?
I'm trying with this, but no success so far
PO Status =
VAR one_ = [Criteria 1]
VAR two_ = [Criteria 2]
RETURN
IF(ISBLANK(one_) || one_ < 1,IF(two_ > 0,"Rejected","Accepted"))

Hi @Anonymous
Please try
PO Status =
VAR one_ = [Criteria 1]
VAR two_ = [Criteria 2]
RETURN
IF ( one_ < 1 || two_ > 0, "Rejected", "Accepted" )
So simple and so effective. Many thanks !!
