Need to help filtering table between active and inactive relationship

Hi all,

I have a lookup table for departments and a fact table which contains 2 fields related to the department field.  Reporter department and responsible department.  The primary relationship is the reporter department.  I have a slicer using the lookup value, which works great for my visuals but not for the table data as it only shows records by the reporter department.  How can a create a slicer that allows the users to switch between Reporter Department and Responsible Department?
