Need to display different Measure values based filter selections

Hi Team,

I have 3 Measures in my Model 

 1. NSAT Measure Value
 2. WW NSAT Measure Value
 3. Final Measure

                      I am fine with 1st and 2nd Measure calculations but the calculation for 3rd measure is, based on filter selections it has to display Measure 1 or 2. Details given in below screen shot.

This is difficult to understand with the info provided. Could you post a screen shot of what you want from the visual and screen shots of your data please.
