As the amitchandak says, the first card does not affect the second card.
They show the first value of each card.
In the "operador" column, the first value is "Ed" in alphabetical order.
Creating a slicer is a good way to do this. It dynamically displays the data you want to display.
If you just want to display the first data statically, you can choose to create a measure.
Measure Operador = CALCULATE( SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[operador]), FILTER( 'Table', 'Table'[processos] = "MH-01" ) )Here is the result.

by_tiago , if they are columns, a card will take the first value, unless there is a filter via another visual or slicer to give you the exact value. First card visual will not filter second one
