Need last year same month column next to latest current month column in Matrix

I created a matrix with data coming from sas. It is bringing in the last 13 months of data with a month being added in every new month. For the latest month column I want to bring the same month from the previous year next to it for comparison. I tried a suggestion from @amitchandak  but all that did was move the latest month to last year rather than bringing last year's same month next to the latest month this year and it messed up my data values.

my desired outcome is for the columns in the matrix to look like this
