The data set is very large so I provided an example below and would like the final ranking to look like this:
Ath 4 - 17.05 - Rank 1
Ath 5 - 15.4 - Rank 2
Ath 2 - 14.53 - Rank 3
Ath 1 - 14.04 - Rank 4
Ath 3 - 13.76 - Rank 5
