Need help with ranking function

Hello, trying to rank each persons "Player Name" highest value of "Maximum Velocity".  I've been successful showing a rank but it's including every single max velocity value, and I just want it to ra...

    The data set is very large so I provided an example below and would like the final ranking to look like this:

    Ath 5 - 15.4 - Rank 2
