Yes, But the calculated column/ sets cannot be used in Power Query editor right. 

Here order set is a group created in Power BI

Ah, OK. Then you can create a column like

New column =
IF ( NOT ISBLANK ( 'Table'[Order set] ), 'Table'[Customer name] )
