Bhanu_chPBI Try this measure:

Measure = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[TimeTaken]), ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Client])), CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[TimeTaken]), ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Client])))
