Multiple Not Equal To Power BI Measure

Hello,

I would like to make a YES/NO slicer where NO shows all countries and YES shows the official scope with some countries excluded.

I found the formula below and it is working for one country.

If I would like to exclude mutiple countries, how do I include them in the same formula?

Or should I use another approach?

Measure = IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Column1])="NO",1,IF(MAX('IHtoberefreshed (2)'[Country])<>"Australia",1))
