Multi Table Filter taking hours to update

Hello community - you all have helped me many times indirectly, and requesting some direct help, please.

The below DAX is a filter across multiple tables, and with the file sizes being over 1MM lines, it is taking hours to update.

The goal is to eliminate time anomalies where the end time is before the start time,  and sum the time into the correct category.

I can't seem to work out another solution that would make this faster.  Your help would be greatly appreciated!
