the problem is that China is suppose to appear once WHEN  we filter it by the Goal '18', but when we add it the yellow columns expand the same value.   

it should display; 

China | 4 | 599854FJ | 18 | 96 | 480.53 |  5.265 |  63 | 708.5

We have days trying to figure it out. The relationships, the columns format, the slicers, etc but the most important it is a big report with multiple tabs so rebuild it doesn't look like an option.  thank you!!
