Hi @adii ,
According to your description, you want to show values with filter based on date range, right? Here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1)We can create a measure.
Measure = var _date = SELECTEDVALUE('Table2'[Date])
var _t =DISTINCT( SELECTCOLUMNS( FILTER(ALL('Table1') , 'Table1'[Start_date] <= _date && 'Table1'[End_date] >= _date) ,"product",[Product]))
return
_t
(2) Then the result is as follows.
…
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.

@adii ,the Datebetween return a table
so option are
Calculate(Count(Table1[Product]), DATESBETWEEN([Table2, [Start_date],[End_date]))
Calculate(Count(Table1[Product]),FILTER(Table2,[DATE] in DATESBETWEEN([Table2, [Start_date],[End_date]) )
