Measure to filter

Hi, I'm looking for a DAX measure to count the total unique values of both Column A when column C's values= 'false' ,and collumn B when collumn D's values = 'false'. So I want the total count of A and B without any repetitive values as the value of collumn A can also exist in collumn B, vice versa... is it possible? Thank you!
