Measure help

I have group values 0-80, 80-85, 85-90, 90-95 and 95-100. I want to calculate one average value per ID and then count how many values are in those groups. Lets say 15 IDs all have an average be...

Fowmy Here's an example in Excel. So i have the ID, average of the values for each ID and then a count of the averages shown on the diagram. I can't really share the data with you but i hope this helps to clear the picture.
