Measure based on two unlinked tables

Hello all,

I have the following data sources:

Table 1: contains sales and profits by month/year/company/department/cost center.

Table 2: contains the number of employees by month/year/company/department/productive indicator.

I would like to calculate key figures based on these two tables (e.g. sales per employee).

For this I need slicers that allow me to filter month/year/company/department in both tables 1 and 2 at the same time.

Which possibility do I have here? Unfortunately, it is not possible to link the two tables 1 and 2.
