Measure: Table without relationship

I want to make a division of two tables without relations. How do I do it?

    measures dont require a relatiosnhip but you do require to use an expression, example : sum , max...
    so if you want to divide columns from different tables use divide(sum(tablea.value),sum(tableb.value,0)
