Measure/Dax for given Condition

I Have a table with columns as listed and need to find the condition as if the Median > Partner value--> Present the Median, else if the Avg > Partner value --> Present the Avg otherwise preset Max(any Column) of selected vorgMpnId in slicer from the table..

the vorgnMpnId need to be given in slicer and once we select the id it should display above given condition for any particular column data and need to except vornMpnid and cluster in the DAX to not filter with these 2 values...

Any suggestions..
