Charity (Charity ) has a relationship with Centcom Charity

My issue is: I am trying to count how many Saved Monthly after the "start date", The code below shows the count before taking account of the Start Date.

Inbound Save = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Centcom'), 'Centcom'[CAMPAIGN] = "Inbound",'Centcom'[DISPOSITION] IN {"Saved Monthly Conf. Back.", "Saved Monthly Conf. Original","Saved Monthly WLCM back"} ,Charity[TPV Save] = "Yes")

I want the DAX function to count after the Start Date.
