Hello,
I am using an SQL table for my data source and I need to display the value on the latest date.
Referencing the screenshot below I need to display in a Card that the hours is 23 withour adding the value on 11/11/2019 (6).

return
calculate(MAX('Table'[Hours]);all('Table');'Table'[Effective Date]=maxEffDate)
then add this measure to your card visual
