I am using an SQL table for my data source and I need to display the value on the latest date.
Referencing the screenshot below I need to display in a Card that the hours is 23 withour adding the value on 11/11/2019 (6).
Thank you for your help.

var maxEffDate = calculate(max('Table'[Effective Date]);all('Table'))
return
calculate(MAX('Table'[Hours]);all('Table');'Table'[Effective Date]=maxEffDate)then add this measure to your card visual
