Matrix report with count

Account has 1: N relation with Prep Table and Sig Table where Sig Table has 1:N relation with Delta Table and Delta Table has 1:N relation with Gama Table.

Each Gama has either Yes or No value as Demo no Field.

We need to count of the Demo no values based on the Sig Table . The Single Sig Table record will be selected for each account on the latest modified on of the Sig Table record grouped by Category in the same SIG table.

A Power BI matrix report need to create by adding the Account and Demo no value.

Also the matrix report calucalte the total of the Prep Table record based on the category on the same table and again modified by latest . 

The category in the SIG table and Prep are same type but they may contain differnt values based on the record. 

How to create Matrix report as below with considering the relationship ?
