Matrix Sumarize and % calculate

Hello, I have a visual matrix that contains the number of responses to a survey in a column, grouped by alternatives (total of A, total of B, etc…). However, I need to calculate the relative % in another column. For example: I need to know the % of answers to question A in relation to the total answers to question 1 and also to question B…of C… Does anyone have a tip?

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
