Match the data from from different source

I would like to craete a calculation to match data from two different data source. would you be able to help. 

if its tableau = the calculation will be , 

if Case number = Case number  then " cases with article attached " else " Cases without article attached" end. 

This is exactly what i want to do in power bi but unsure of the dax calculation.
