Sales Amount Product Category Rank = 
RANKX (
    FILTER ( ALL ( 'Table' ), 'Table'[orders] ),
    CALCULATE ( MAX ( 'Table'[orders] ) ),
    ,
    DESC
)

Store Rank Text = 
[Sales Amount Product Category Rank] & " of " & 5
