Issues with filter context in KPI card visual

Net_profit% = DIVIDE([Net_profit_in_Rs/-],[Net_sales_in Rs/-],0)
Net_profit%_Target = DIVIDE([Net_profit_Target_Rs/-],SUM(NsGmTarget[ns_target]),0)
I used dim_date - dimesion
 

 

 

fiscal_year = ALLNOBLANKROW(dim_date[fy_Year]) 

 

when i am using Fiscal_year(fy_year), my Value is not blank now when i change the year.

But in both cases, My target value is not changing dynamically. (i have targets for only the fiscal(fy_Year) 2022, rest should show blank.


my question is:

1. Why dim_date dimension is not working in this KPI visual ?
2. Why Target value is not changing ( as suggested in the community, I did the relation "both" in the data model, which is still not working.
Please help
