Is there any bug with conditional formatting condition when connect to SQL,direct query?

Hi all,
Is there an error when apply conditional format with data from  SQL, direct query? ,as in picture it work with excel but not work with SQL,direct query

Please note: MAXX function is not supported for use in DirectQuery mode when used in calculated columns or row-level security (RLS) rules.

@firstch , can you put the total and that maxx(all(Table), [Total])  in visual and check

Also, make sure the total is a measure and Max Value CF is also a measure
