Is it possible to apply filters at table visual level (basic/advanced from filter pane) to a measure

As far as I know, the slicer works on the visual associated with the whole page, and the visual level only works on the visual itself, not on the other visuals.

You can set up three different levels of filters for the report in the Filters pane:

• The visual level. -- You can also add visual level filters to filter this visual.
• The page level. -- You can also add a page-level filter to filter an entire page.
• The report level. -- You can also add a report-level filter to filter an entire report.

If you only want to filter one or two visuals on the entire page without affecting the other visuals, you might consider using a slicer and then using Edit interactions to cancel the slicer's effect on the other visuals
