Insurance progression triangle inversion

Dear powerbi team,

I have a data as shown below

after pivoting the data in excel i used to get progression triangle as shown below and i could able to get the generate the same progression triangle in powerbi

But i want to generate a progression triangle in powerbi as shown below.

in excel we used select the blank spaces and shift the cell's to left to get the progression triangle as shown above but i couldn't able to geerate the same in powerbi.

Requesting powerbi team to help me out with this.
