Index begins in 0

Hello, How can I add an Index that begins in 0, I´m using this formula : 

index = RANKX(VALUES(POZOS[Year]);POZOS[Year];;ASC;Dense ) but it begins in 1 ??

Do it in Power Query or

Put -1 at the end of the formula
