Incorrect Date result from Slicer

Hello,

I am trying to get the date values with some IF statement from the Date Slicer, but I can't get the correct info:

New Columns created:

START_TIME_SLICER =

Var _Min =

    MINX(

        ALLSELECTED(outage[start_time]),

        outage[start_time])

 VAR min_date = IF (

     outage[start_time] >= _Min,

        _Min,

        outage[start_time]

        )

   RETURN

min_date

END_TIME_SLICER =

Var _Max =

    MAXX(

        ALLSELECTED(outage[end_time]),

        outage[end_time])

 VAR max_date = IF (

     ISBLANK(outage[end_time]),

        _Max,

        outage[end_time]

        )

   RETURN

max_date

 That's the relation of Date table con data table.

And the wrong result:

I need to have the dates of start and end from the selected date in the slicer. 

Anyone could help me.

HI @oscaag,

Current power bi does not support creating dynamic calculated column/table based on filter selections. They work on different levels and you can't use child to affect its parent. For this sceniaro, I'd like to suggest you use measure expression instaed.

Notice: the data level of power bi(from parent to child level)

Database(external) -> query table(query, custom function, query parameters) -> data model table(table, calculate column/table) -> data view with virtual tables(measure, visual, filter, slicer)
