In Column and line chart, show a fixed value against X-axis despite having no results after filter

Dear All,

I am working on a visual depicting tickets resolved in a month. I am creating a Column and Line Chart. In my data table, I have a column Priority (Low, Moderate, Critical). Based on Priority, I have fixed SLA defined in another SLA table (Low- 30%, Moedarte - 60 %, Critical - 90%). I also have a slicer affecting visual. Slicer is based on month of ticket resolved date.

In my Column and Line visual, X-Axis is based on value of Priority (i.e. Low, Moderate, High). Colum Chart is showing data of tickets resolved in that month. I want to show Line chart as defined SLA for that category i.e. (Low- 30%, Moedarte - 60 %, Critical - 90%).

The problem I am facing is, when in slicer I select a month where all 3 priority values are available, then I get correct Line Graph, but when I select a month where only 2 out of 3 or 1 out of 3 priority values are available then the the line graph do not show any value for that priority. For ex: if in month of 202309, I have only rows with Low and Moderate Priority, the line graph do not show values for Critical Priority i.e. 90%, but another month lets say 202308, I have rows with all types of priority, I get my Line Graph all correct. For Line graph, I am using Minimum value to display in the visual. Please note, I have already enabled "Show data with no Values" in the visual.

How can I write a measure to effect this or any other way suggested?

Hi @ashwani_gupta , Could you please check relationship between your "SLA Table" and your fact table? If direction is both your problem is appeared.

my another interpretation is about visual setting. If there is no problem on relationship; maybe you can click "shows item with no data" feature on your visual.

@OguzMavice Yes.. The relationship direction was both. I set it on Single and it worked. Many Thanks.
