If Statement Multiple Conditions for a calculated column

Looking for data to be shown with certain perameters being met for each row for a True or False flag to be shown but having difficutly with coming up with the code for for the formula. 

 

Within my table there is a column for Location Number, Exit Number, quantity of items, seconds (timeframe), and product ID's.

 

Below is a breakdown of what needs to be shown:

 

True to be shown IF:

items greater than a quantity of 50 within a second count time frame within a same location number and exit door within the location containing multiple (unique product ID's) 

 

False if less than 50 items

Yeah... It would be good to understand that we DO NOT SEE your model and have no idea about it. So, it would be good if you could put the following:

in a human understandable and unambiguous English. Then maybe someone could help you.
