If Statement Multiple Conditions for a calculated column

Looking for data to be shown with certain perameters being met for each row for a True or False flag to be shown but having difficutly with coming up with the code for for the formula.    Within my...

Yeah... It would be good to understand that we DO NOT SEE your model and have no idea about it. So, it would be good if you could put the following:
