If Null make solid line broken

Hi Peeps , 

While creating line chart , I dont like to see the null values to be represented solid line. So is there a command to change the format of my graph on certain values ?

try changing your chart X axis from Continuous to Categorical and see if you like that better.

I tried  that.my line is supposed to be blank certain dates that I have null values. However, changing it to continous would draw a line extended over my null values. So the graph shows I have a positive vlaues when I have null values.
