IRR POWER BI

Hey!   I need to find a measure that could calculate de IRR beside the XIRR. Thank you.   Best regards.

Hi Anonymous 

 

What's your reason for avoiding the XIRR function? I'm aware that it doesn't handle errors well but that can be worked around.

 

You could create a table of candidate IRR values then iterate over that table to find which one gives the NPV closest to zero (using XNPV if you are happy to use that).
