IF Blank

Hi,

Could you please review below formula as I couldn't get it to work...

% of Return = IF(ISBLANK( DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading], [Total Income Trading]), BLANK()),
(DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading], [Total Income Trading])))

The error message says, too many arguments were passed to the ISblank Function...

Thank you.

You needed a 2nd ) at the end of your first DIVIDE, but you can just use this expression to get same result I believe.

DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading][Total Income Trading])

hi @YWang100324

with your logic, try like:

% of Return =
IF(
    ISBLANK(DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading], [Total Income Trading])),
    BLANK(),
    DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading], [Total Income Trading])
)

or why not try directly:
% of Return=
DIVIDE([Total Profit Trading], [Total Income Trading])
