How to turn Date into Week Number and Year

Hi

How do i turn Won Date below into date format Week Number & Year?

= WEEKNUM(Table1[Won date], 2) & "-" &  YEAR( Table1[Won date])

Week Num Year = FORMAT(WeekNum([Won Date]), "00") & Year([Won Date])
