Hi
On my tooltip page all numbers are showing correctly as in my filter section I have year applied.
However, on one of my card visual I get the right value (text) when I remove the year filter from the page.
Can someone please show me how I can remove the filter on my one card visual on the page.
In Power BI, you can control how filters affect visuals on a report page. To stop a specific filter from affecting a particular card visual, you can follow these steps:
Select the card visual you want to exclude from the filter.
In the Visualizations pane, click on the "Format" icon (paint roller).
In the "Format" section, scroll down to the "Filter" options.
Under "Filter Type," you can choose how the visual interacts with the page-level filters. To exclude it from the filter, select "Don't filter."
Once you've selected "Don't filter," the card visual should remain unaffected by the filter(s) applied to the page.
Please note that if you want to exclude a specific filter, such as the "Year" filter, from affecting this card visual, you may need to manage the interaction between filters. Here's how to do that:
Click on the "Format" icon in the "Visualizations" pane.
Scroll down to the "Edit Interactions" section.
Click on the card visual you want to isolate (it should be highlighted).
Next, click on the filter(s) you want to exclude (in this case, the "Year" filter) so that they are set to "None."
This will ensure that the card visual doesn't interact with the "Year" filter, and you should see the card's value even when the "Year" filter is applied to the page.
By following these steps, you can control how filters affect specific visuals on your report page in Power BI.
